"Waiting on" Wednesday: Queen of Shadows

This feature is brought to you by Breaking the Spine.

Sarah J. Maas's New York Times bestselling Throne of Glass series reaches new heights in this sweeping fourth volume.

Everyone Celaena Sardothien loves has been taken from her. But she's at last returned to the empire—for vengeance, to rescue her once-glorious kingdom, and to confront the shadows of her past . . .

She will fight for her cousin, a warrior prepared to die just to see her again. She will fight for her friend, a young man trapped in an unspeakable prison. And she will fight for her people, enslaved to a brutal king and awaiting their lost queen's triumphant return.

Celaena’s epic journey has captured the hearts and imaginations of millions across the globe. This fourth volume will hold readers rapt as Celaena’s story builds to a passionate, agonizing crescendo that might just shatter her world.

Cover and synopsis for book from Goodreads.

I didn't start this series until 2 years after the first book, Throne of Glass, came out. Then I proceeded to binge read all of them in a couple months time. I need this book, I need to see who Celaena is going to seriously fall for. I need more of her bad-assery. I am at least grateful that this won't be the last in the series, there's going to be at least one more book. If you haven't started this series (poor you) and want a kick-ass heroine, you should definitely check it out. Books in this series include

Also there's a collection of novellas that really put the whole story into perspective, in my opinion. They explained a lot of missing information on situations and people that have to do with Celaena and her past.

Well that's it for today, I hope everyone enjoyed! Let me know what you're waiting on in the comments or link me to your post and I'll check yours out. Have a great day!!

*I do apologize for the crazy highlighting.. I am still new to Blogger and couldn't get rid of it without re-doing everything. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!* :P
